Assists our fast growing sales department in all administrative tasks.
- Processing of jobs.
- Various reporting responsibilities as needed.
- Processing of payroll.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Ideal candidates will have the following related skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills such as, communication, problem solving, and organizational.
- Perform a variety of tasks and able to multi-task efficiently.
- Able to handle the urgency of each task, and work in a high-stress position.
- General office duties to include filing, sorting, answering phones, etc.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Data Entry skills.
- Must be dependable and have a strong attention to detail.
- A professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Patience and endurance to sit behind a desk all day.
