Role Summary/Purpose

The Analytics Solution Architect works directly with the Analytics Solution Leader collaborating across the HCIT portfolio and functions, internally and externally with customers, to design the go-to-market Services HCIT solutions for Analytics in the North and South American Region.

Essential Responsibilities

In this role, the team member will work with the Analytics Solutions practice to provide the technical expertise and recommendation on analytics tools, technical approach, KPIs, and implementation, enabling customer success and business growth. Key areas of focus include:

  • Understand the customers’ business metrics and design the analytics solution based on the customers’ specific business outcome requirements, using technology and services components from GEHC portfolio and from third parties
  • Assists sales organizations for documenting and presenting outcome based solutions
  • Represents GE as lead architect for meetings with partners and customers meetings to articulate benefits and address issues and objections with GE architected solutions
  • Own the end-to-end solution design process to deliver customer solutions through integrated workflow capabilities and resources across sales and professional services organization to focus on installation, implementation, & quality assurance.
  • Manages, designs and leads pre-sales proof of concept/technology efforts for standard service products including benchmarking and return on investment (ROI) analytics
  • Creates and presents a “customer blueprint” that articulates the path for a specific customer given the product roadmap, technical requirements, and customer objectives both for existing and new customers.
  • Conducts solution risk analysis and drives coordination with internal and 3rd parties to mitigate risks
  • Understand the future investments the customer will make and communicate new product and service requirements back to the product or services management team
  • Lead the coordination of solution pilot if requested by the customer

    Success for this role will be measured by the effectiveness, quality of solution hardening and delivery for the Analytics Solutions. The successful applicant will be a key player in helping to drive growth, competitiveness, and long-term adoption.

  • Qualifications/Requirements

    Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree coupled with a minimum of ten (10) years in a healthcare-focused software business.
  • At least five (5) years of experience directly integrating services offering into customers.
  • At least three (3) years working with GE-developed analytics and reporting tools.
  • At least three (3) years developing technical solutions around analytics to meet customers’ financial, clinical, and operational needs.

    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with FastWorks and Agile processes and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience working with geographically spread out teams.
  • Ideal candidates must have previous experience and knowledge relating to GE’s Insights analytics platform.
  • Ability to provide in-depth expertise in the design and implementation proposals of GE analytics solutions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally (up to 30%) to customers, trade shows, and internal meetings.

  • Experience working within a provider setting is a plus (health system, hospital management company, physician group, etc.)
