We currently have an opening for a full-time Client Relations Specialist (CRS) in our Client Relations Team, reporting to Client Relations Manager. This person will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service support to all our clients.
Key areas of Responsibility:
-To provide exceptional customer services to new and existing customers in a professional, business-to-business environment.
-Increase customer loyalty and drive revenue by identifying customer needs, providing business solutions using cross-selling techniques.
-Build customer relationships through value-added, proactive contact.
-Identify and qualify leads referring to Sales and Business Development team.
-Resolve service-related problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Build and expand your knowledge of products and services through ongoing, self-directed learning.
-Two (2) years of experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound Call Center, customer service, or sales role, including order-entry.
-Strong oral and written communication.
-Fluency in French is an asset.
-Ability to learn new technologies.
-Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team.
-Must demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
-Analytical problem-solver, results oriented, and highly professional.
