Alliance Disaster Kleenup has one opening for a Construction Project Manager. The position will primarily budget and produce property damage repair jobs and general construction projects.

Timely and accurate project completion is the primary function of this position. Candidate would be responsible for producing and turning estimates/bids into completed work. To be successful in this position, it is important that you are a good administrator with exceptional organizational abilities. You will also have to have a good working knowledge of the construction industry and understand the dynamics of managing a high volume of in the field trades.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare projects for production- while ensuring proper completion and budgeting
  • Ensure your team of subcontractors are on time and under budget
  • Proper file documentation and correspondence
  • Manage client expectations by being diligent with communication and documentation
  • Keep all subcontractors on task and on time.
  • Must be accessible for on call needs as assigned


  • IICRC, LEED, or related industry certifications a plus.
  • Strong background in project management, disaster/emergency response, or construction management is highly recommended to fill this position.
  • High level working knowledge of construction and trade management
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Hard working team player who can easily adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong desire to learn and excel!
  • Knowledge of the commercial and or residential construction industry.
  • Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures is required.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent ability to complete required paperwork correctly and on-time.
