 Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in data warehouse reporting, business intelligence software and working cross functionally with IT, business units and senior management
  • Experienced with working in an environment with global objectives and multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally between departments

 Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
  • Minimum five years’ experience as a business or financial analyst required

 Job Details:

  • Define, monitor and reinforce company-wide sales & contribution reporting standards to ensure reporting consistency across all data platforms and distributive systems
  • Develop & maintain efficient reporting structures/tools to ensure timeliness and accuracy and applicability for decision support/analytics
  • Develop and maintain reference documents for tables/fields and definitions of each element used in developing sales and contribution reports
  • Provide timely, standardized reporting for Medela business units
  • Quarterly sales reporting to parent
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and Accounts Payable to ensure prompt and accurate payments for contract sales force
  • Develop and maintain efficient reporting tools to ensure timeliness and accuracy
  • Ad hoc sales reporting and analysis
  • General accounting responsibilities and other duties as assigned
