Don't miss the opportunity to apply for this Building Automation Account Executive position with a leading provider of HVAC Building Automation Systems. We are seeking a Highly Motivated Sales Professional for the greater Chicago area.
Compensation commensurate with experience, in the range of $80,000 plus aggressive performance based incentive plan.
The primary responsibility will be to successfully market and sell HVAC Controls projects and service agreements in the owner direct markets. You will also have the latitude to sell to Consulting Engineers, Mechanical Contractors, and all end users. Other responsibilities include:
Must have good verbal and written communication skills and shall be capable of producing and presenting professional proposals. Must also have strong planning, organization, prospecting, qualifying, cold calling, negotiation and closing skills and capable of calling on all levels of management within an organization. The ideal candidate would have a four-year college degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with experience in HVAC systems, Temperature Controls, Mechanical and Electrical systems, & good computer skills. Experience and knowledge of Commercial Energy Management and Service Agreement sales a plus.
