Job Summary:
Lead HDFS’ dealer communications via all channels. Support efforts to drive revenue via new product development and product management for retail and commercial programs and support for all HDFS marketing programs. Act as point of contact for HDMC, HDFS Sales and Dealers to support sales.

Primary Responsibilities

Communication Leadership
o Manage all aspects of development and distribution (single point of contact) of all HDFS program/ promo/ compliance/ systems/general dealer facing communications (including ownership of editorial calendar) and transform technical material into engaging content; repurpose content through all channels of marketing.
o Lead marketing review process to ensure compliance rules are applied for regulatory review (e.g. FDIC)
o Manage, maintain and optimize HDFS’ Online Fulfillment Center (electronic warehouse and ordering tool) and databases
o Lead the strategy development, manage logistics and execute plans for dealer meetings and events
o Act as primary point of contact with HDMC responsible for reviewing, editing and working with legal/compliance to ensure all HDMC/HDFS ad/support materials are compliant and approved for distribution and use by dealers, communication lead with North American region

Marketing and Program Support
o Manage cross functional efforts to execute new retail programs, campaigns and other products (business to business, business to consumer)
o Support program growth and dealer adoption to drive revenue and support field sales
o Support retail program management including online/digital content/optimization, promotion set up and implementation, incentive tracking and payouts, etc.
o Responsible for daily vendor management for key services (fulfillment services, promotional materials, digital development, creative design and production)
o Manage budget creation, forecasting, and ongoing financial management of a portfolio of projects (digital, print, video, etc.)

Education Required:
Bachelor's degree – Marketing or Business Administration

Experience Required:
- 5 Years in experience in Marketing
- Financial services background desired
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Must be able to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in working with distribution networks
- Proven high creativity and problem-solving ability
- Must be analytical and detail-oriented
- Self-directed, high-energy, strong work ethic
- Highly-organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in an entrepreneurial, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Experience working with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional teamwork skills
- Thrives on attention to detail and providing flawless execution
- Effectively prioritize during times of high volume - product launches, sales meetings, etc. - balancing competing objectives to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget
