Position Overview:

Candidate will be responsible for the timesheets at the construction site with the goal of eliminating time sheet corrections/exceptions. Candidate must have strong communication skills as they will be assisting with new hire orientations, setting up employee badging with facility representative and answering phones. This position is part-time, and would be ideal for someone who is looking for flexibility in their schedule. It will pay $13-13.50 per hour, and the candidate can expect to work 20-22.5 hours per week. An example schedule would be 4.25 hours M-F, or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, with a half day on Wednesday. 

Position Expectations and Duties:

  • Timesheet Corrections- Double checking timesheets, making corrections if need be, turning in sheets to appropriate person, using system called TRACK
  • Data Entry
  • handling mail (inbound/outbound)
  • Strong communication skills with Supervisors and Foreman’s
  • Knowledge with Excel.
  • Sort, Organize and categorize paperwork
  • Process material tickets
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Shows up on time and ready to complete work.
  • Follows directions of leadership and clarifies responsibilities if needed
  • Respects self, co-workers, managers, company, other contractors, and clients
  • Adaptable in methods used to complete task
  • Willing to go the extra mile for the team
  • Communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • Conducts business in professional manner
  • Knowledge of construction field
  • Computer literate
  • Good math skills
