Foth Production Solutions, LLC is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Professional Engineering Services & Turnkey Project Manager for our Green Bay, WI location, who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients’ success.

Foth Production Solutions partners with selected Fortune 500 companies to accomplish product making and production objectives, including: plant rationalization, new product introductions, productivity improvements, custom machine development and manufacturing, changeover reductions, capacity increases and efficiency improvements.

Position Overview:

Manages all project activities for Professional Engineering and Turnkey projects in accordance with the project schedule. This includes directing and coordinating an engineering design team, subcontractor activities in accordance with project/client procedures, scope of work, and contract specifications. Serves as the primary point of contact with the client for project related activities. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to develop scope, resolve conflicts, and build the Foth-Client relationship
  • Develop new business opportunities through excellent project execution
  • Provide project management of multi-disciplined engineering projects and responsible for overall execution of work
  • Establish project schedule and budget, and monitor progress in meeting schedule and budget requirements
  • Anticipate project staffing needs and provide input to selection of project team members
  • Establish objectives and provide performance feedback for project team members
  • Establish a project safety plan and ensure that it is communicated to all employees on the job
  • Promote, support, and monitor safety policies of Foth and Foth's clients
  • Document and execute changes in scope of project
  • Anticipate problems and work with client, engineering, OEM's, subcontractors, and project team to provide corrective actions
  • Develop and execute projects within budget, schedule and contractual commitments
  • Act as technical resource for team and actively coach junior engineers and designers
  • Coordinate and lead engineering design and CAD resources
  • Travel as needed for data gathering, design reviews, installs, start-ups and troubleshooting

  • Travel as required (domestic and/or international - approximately 35%) for field work and/or other client/business objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • BS Engineering or Engineering Technology (packaging, electrical, mechanical or chemical)
  • 10+ years of experience in related professional engineering and turnkey project management in a consumer goods industry
  • 10+ years of experience in the role of a lead technical engineer
  • 5+ years of project management experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Current experience with the following:
    • Contract negotiations and management
    • Project financial tracking
    • Consumer products industry
    • Developing customer relationships
    • Engineering services and/or turnkey project management for medium to large projects
    • Team leadership
    • MS Project, Word, and Excel
    • Drawing review (various CAD packages)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of industry related business experience
  • OSHA 30 or 40 hour trained
  • PM Certification
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 24 months of your start date
